Who's bike is this?
It's Matty's.
I got confused and thought it was Victor's but it's all Matty's
Great build!
Thanks for the plug man! I'm stoked about it. You got first cruise on it next time I come down..
Thank you sir! Coming from you that means a lot. You know that's an Eric White wheel on the rear.. Now that's quality! It rides so sweetly.
Lets just hope Eric doesnt build another track bike because it will be, like every bike he has, so ridiculously bad ass and over the top (yet classy, always classy) that i would have to sell my car, motorcycle, and dog (bye little guy) to try and approach it. I also have an EW-built wheel that takes a lickin' and keeps on skiddin'.
Laced the front up radially tonight. It looks sooo good. It's the first radial laced wheel I've ever had and it seems very strong. It should be bombproof. I also put risers on and I really like them more than the 'horns. White grips get dirty fast by the way. Also looking into another white saddle cause the Turbo is kinda hurting the ass. Not sure about that one yet.
i have bullhorns with track grips on one bike and then a short freeride stem with risers on my tark bike. I like the bike with riserd but any distance or climbing definitely suffers with it. it can wheelie and do barspins though. dirty white looks better than new white anyways.
true dat.. true dat. So Vic, have you any info or know-how to get my HED painted white? I want to mask off the HED3 and then after it's painted, remove the letters/masking and have the logo relieved in the carbon. Any suggestions?
Matty,
Your best bet there is going to be to try to find some vinyl stickers somewhere. You could probably find one on ebay. There's also custom sticker company's that do that in town and cheaper online but your best bet is going to be to find a pre cut sticker as opposed to placing a custom order...
why dont you just have it painted and then peel the existing stickers off? Find an autobody shop that is painting a white car and they should squeeze it in on the side for cheap. make sure it is prepped as good as possible.
