Looks like it has aero bars?
It uses what looks like a Cinelli Ergo stem attached to a 3-piece bolt-together bullhorn type bar. From what I understand, and dont hold me to this, Tange now is not exactly as Tange was, meaning their name and tooling was acquired by another company. The fact that it says Tange (tawn-gay) and is orange is funny - you know, like Tang : )
